How to Install CTGP-R on Wii

What is CTGP Revolution?

CTGP-R (Custom Mario Kart Wii) is the most popular mod for Mario Kart Wii. It features over 200 new tracks, online play via Wiimmfi, 24-player lobbies, and custom features like 'My Stuff' for easy modding.

Requirements

Step 1: Download CTGP-R

Go to the official ChadSoft website. You will need to configure your download (select your region, etc.). If you don't have the Homebrew Channel, select 'LetterBomb' as the exploit.

Step 2: Install to SD Card

1. Extract the downloaded zip file.
2. Move the apps, ctgp-r, and riivolution folders (and the boot.elf if using LetterBomb) to the ROOT of your SD card.

Step 3: Launch

1. Insert SD Card into Wii.
2. Launch via Homebrew Channel (Select CTGP-R app).
3. Or if using LetterBomb, go to the Message Board and click the red envelope.
4. The installer will load. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the channel updates (this make take a while).
